- Unlock purchases after completing required tasks
- Archive completed wishes with photos and reflections
- Receive reminders to stay on track with their goals
- Sync their data across devices through email, Google, or Apple sign-in

2. Account Registration and Access

To use AchieveThenBuy, you must:

- Create an account using a valid email address or through Google/Apple sign-in
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Trial:
- 7-day free trial with full access to all features
- No credit card required
- Automatically expires after 7 days unless you purchase Lifetime Premium

Lifetime Premium:
- One-time payment of $9 USD
- Permanent access to all features
- Includes all future updates
- Non-recurring, no subscription fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing Lifetime Premium, you agree to pay the stated price and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Lifetime Premium purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us at bartzalewskidev@gmail.com.

After the 7-day period, all sales are final.

5. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create within AchieveThenBuy, including:

- Your wish lists and purchase goals
- Custom tasks you create
- Photos and reflections in your archive
- Any other personal data you input into the Service

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
